The Jersey Basketball Association (JBBA) is a non-profit organisation made up of volunteers promoting and organising basketball in Jersey. We care about how your personal information is used and shared, and we take your privacy seriously. If you have been a member at any time, we will retain your information for as long as we have an on-going relationship and thereafter for as long as we are required by law to retain the information, which is generally ten years post the end of the relationship. Thereafter the information will be destroyed without further notice.
We also may use clear gifs in HTML-based emails sent to our Contacts to track which emails are opened by recipients. This information is used to enable more accurate reporting, improve the effectiveness of our marketing, and make our Services and Website better for our users.

How can I update and access my information?
We provide members their own login with the opportunity to access, review, update, and delete any Personal Information we hold about them. You can send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org if you would like your profile deleted. Please note that if you are an active member your profile is necessary.
